ASEPCO combines the toughness of Teflon and the sealing performance of rubber in the Silicone Plus and EPDM Plus diaphragm with parylene.
ASEPCO is continually exploring new diaphragm materials—but we limit our experiments to the lab. We do not release any materials to our customers until we are convinced that they will always seal in the environments they are designed for. We currently provide silicone, EPDM, and Viton elastomers, in addition to silicone and EPDM with parylene. We will be introducing new materials as they prove themselves worthy of the ASEPCO name. All the diaphragms shown on this page are made of silicone, but they are all available in other materials as well.
